| Andre' A. Moss - Founding Director & Treasurer - 2004 - 2005 |
André A. Moss is employed with ExxonMobil Aviation as Area Operations Manager (Caribbean Central America – English). He is based in the Bahamas Division of Esso Standard Oil S.A. Limited. He is responsible for the aviation operations in the Caribbean (English) area which includes the following countries / affiliates: Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Grand Cayman, Guadeloupe, and Martinique. In addition, this Includes provision of functional guidance to affiliates in the areas, stewardship of the aviation operations and overall management of the airport Operations in the above listed countries.
He is a Life Member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He serves at the International level as Chairman International Affairs having been appointed in January 2009. He is the 2nd Bahamian appointed to International Leadership Team of The Fraternity. Additionally, he is currently serving his 3rd term as Chaplain of the local chapter (Iota Epsilon Lambda). At the local level of the Fraternity, he previously held the position of Vice-President, Chapter Secretary and Director of Community Outreach. André is also committed to the Nassau, Bahamas Council of the National Pan-Hellenic Council serving as a Transportation Committee member for the Bahamas Primary Student of the Year Awards Program. He is the Founding Treasurer and Former Board of Director (Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Foundation). His awards and honors include being selected as the 2003 Iota Epsilon Lambda Chapter Brother of the Year as well as 2003 Nassau, Bahamas Council NPHC Frater of the Year.
He is a 1994 graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) with a B. Sc. Chemical Engineering. In 2010, he and Gillian A. Moss will celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary (Dec-3-2010). He is the proud father of two sons - André Alexander Moss II (12yrs - 2010) and Ajani Anthony Moss (5 yrs – 2010). He is actively involved with the Real Men’s Ministry & Kingdom Couples Ministry at Bahamas Faith Ministry International (BFMI). He enjoys community outreach missions, mentoring programs working primarily with young boys and graduating high school males. Eugene ‘Geno’ Nairn is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He served as 2nd President of the Bahamas Alumni Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and 6th President of the Nassau, Bahamas Council of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. He was a signatory on the Charter for the Nassau, Bahamas Pan-Hellenic Council. In addition, he served as a Past Master in Columbus Lodge #16 and as a Member of the Catholic Board of Education. Currently, he is President of the St. Augustine College Alumni Association and a member of the school’s Board of Governor’s. Eugene is a 1972 Graduate of Florida Memorial College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a 1979 Graduate of The University of Miami with a Master of Business Administration.
In 2003, he earned his C.L.F. Designation from The American College in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He joined the Life Insurance Business on July 1, 1980 with Imperial Life as a Sale Agent. He qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table five (5) times before entering Management. In 1994, He was appointed Branch Manager for Imperial Life. Presently, he is an Independent Insurance Broker. He is married to Beverly Nairn and is the father of 3 daughters and 1 son and proud grandfather of 4.

Leonard Gerard Archer is a Subscribing Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Currently, He serves as Associate Editor to the Sphinx for the Iota Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In addition, he serves as Chaplain and Official Photographer of the Nassau, Bahamas Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc.
He is a 1995 Graduate of Howard University, Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cathedral where he is also a member of their choir. He is employed at Taylor Industries Ltd. as an Electrical Engineer / 3-Phase Electrician. |

| Margo A. Adderley - Founding Director & Secretary - 2004 - 2008 |
Margo J. Adderley is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She served as Secretary and Public Relations Officer of the Eta Psi Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Nassau, Bahamas Council of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Health and Wellness Program. Margo is employed at The Public Service Centre for Human Resource Department as a Senior Training Officer. She earned a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resources Development and Administration in 1992 from Barry University, Miami, Florida and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration and Economics from Trinity International University in 1986.
She is a human resources and training specialist, motivational speaker and a software trainer. She is an active member of Toastmasters International and has recently been elected to serve as Vice President of Education. |

| Mavis Johnson-Collie - Former Director 2006 - 2007 |
Mavis Johnson-Collie, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., had the honour of advancing the humanitarian thrusts of Black Greek Organizations in The Bahamas and around the region in a big way. During 2006 - 2008, she was charged with the awesome responsibility of serving as president of both the Nassau Bahamas Pan Hellenic Council and the local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. During 2006-2008, her term as president of AKA was her third such term in twenty years having served two consecutive terms in the early 1980’s. She was the recipient of one of the first Distinguished Citizen awards by the Local NPHC in recognition of her outstanding contribution to her sorority and community.
She has the distinction of being the first member from the local chapter to be appointed to one of the Sorority’s International committees where she represented the International Region. Johnson-Collie also served as the International Region’s elected representative to the Sorority’s Nominating Committee.
This advocate for women’s issues and persons with disabilities has served as a member of National Women’s Advisory Council and is a member of the Board of the Bahamas Enfant Stimulation Programme. She is a member of the Zion South Beach Baptist Church, a former Junior Achievement Advisor and a former member of The Bahamas Girls Brigade Council.
Prior to her call to the Bahamas Bar in 2001, She worked in the field of communications/public relations as news reporter, investment promotions officer and as public relational and alumni Affairs Director at The College of The Bahamas. She currently works with her husband in the firm Collie & Collie Law Chambers.
She was initiated into the sorority at the State University of New York’s Brockport campus in spring of 1982, received a MA degree in Public Communication from American University in Washington D.C; an LLB degree from Wolverhampton University, England and studied for the bar at the Eugene Dupuch Law School Nassau, The Bahamas.
This proud mother of two daughters, miracle Yendise Marie (18) and Asha Sydney (12) is the daughter of Ida Moss Johnson and Philip Johnson. She is married to Hon. Sidney Collie, M.P. - Member of Parliament, Blue Hill and former Minister of Local Government.

| Adrian R. Sands - Former Director & Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer 2006 - 2008 |
Adrian R. Sands is a Subscribing Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Currently, he serves as Vice Polemarch of The Bahamas Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. (2004-2005) and is active with The Nassau Bahamas Council of The National Pan-Hellenic Council. Adrian is employed at The Gaming Board for The Commonwealth of The Bahamas as Assistant Financial Controller. He earned a Masters of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from South Carolina State University in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Finance from Benedict College, Columbia, South Carolina in 1999.
He is a current member of Light and Life Methodist Church, located in Palmdale, and is involved in various other civic organizations within the community. Despite having a busy schedule, Adrian finds time to relax and enjoy some of his favorite hobbies such as traveling, reading, and tennis. |
Stephanie Auguste - Former Director - 2009 - 2012 |
Stephanie E. Auguste is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She currently serves as financial secretary of the Kappa Delta Sigma chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Syracuse University (2001), and continued her education by pursuing a Masters of Science degree in education from Fordham University in 2003.
For the past 7 years, Stephanie has been contributing to and working toward making a difference in the education field. During her 5 year tenure in the New York City Department of Education, she served on the George Bristow School’s Curriculum Mapping Team and Committee on Academic Rigor. In 2005, Stephanie began teaching internationally where she first worked in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic as an English teacher and program developer for the St. George School. She is currently employed at St. Andrew’s School as a primary school teacher. Stephanie has developed a reading program, “A Reading Reform”, which is currently implemented as an afterschool reading program. She is dedicated to educational advancements in research and teaching practices. Ms. Auguste is looking forward to pursuing her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction.

Christie Cargill - Former Director - 2010 - 2012 |
Mrs. Christie Cargill was initiated into Eta Nu Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. on December 15, 2001 in Opa-locka, FL. There she served as a member of the Archonettes Committee.
However, not long after that, she moved to Orlando, FL in 2002 where she became an active member of Epsilon Epsilon Zeta Chapter. During her three year stay, she served as Second Anti-Basielus and sat on various committees including the 2005 Blue Revue Committee, Pearlettes/Amicettes Committee, Informational Tea Committee and the 2005 MLK Day Parade Committee.
Upon returning home to Nassau, Bahamas in the fall of 2005, Mrs. Cargill was quick to assume the leadership role in the local chapter, Theta Epsilon Zeta Chapter by becoming the acting First Anti-Basileus. In 2006-2008, Soror Cash served as Basileus of the Chapter. Under her guidance, Theta Epsilon Zeta Chapter, in 2006, established Women Of Excellence, an auxiliary group for young women currently in college which focuses on empowerment and community service. Mrs. Cargill still remains an active advisor of the group. She currently serves as the Second Anti-Basileus of the Chapter.
She has also held positions on various other committees including Summertime Switcha Committee (Chair - 2006 to 2008), Red Cross Fair Committee (Chair – 2007 to 2010), Retreat Committee (Chair – 2006, 2008), Blue Revue Committee (Co-Chair 2007), Souse Out Committee (Co-Chair – 2007, 2008), Back to School – School Supplies Drive Committee (Co-Chair – 2006 to 2008), Thanksgiving Food Drive (Co-Chair - 2006, 2007), So Sweet Entertainment Committee (Co-Chair - 2007, 2008), Zeta Phi Beta and Phi Beta Sigma Joint Christmas Clothing Drive (Co-Chair – 2007, 2008), Blue & White Ball Committee (Member – 2008, 2009) Membership In-Take Committee (Member), Step Team (Member - 2004, 2005, 2007 to 2009), Nassau, Bahamas Pan-Hellenic Council Public Relations Committee (Chair - 2008 to 2010), Community Service Chair (2008 to present), Fundraising Committee (Co-Chair – 2010 to present), and 2011 Area VI Founders Committee (Chair).
Soror Cash-Cargill has also served her Sorority on the State level by being appointed as the Florida State Z-HOPE Coordinator from 2008 to 2010.
Professionally, Mrs. Cash-Cargill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Masters in International Business from Florida International University, a Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and has attained the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. She is currently employed as a Trust Officer at Cititrust (Bahamas) Limited. She is married to Dr. Adrian Cargill Jr., a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Delta Epsilon Sigma Chapter.

Mrs. CC LaFleur is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is the Past President of the Eta Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She also held the office of Secretary in the chapter. CC served the Nassau, Bahamas Pan-Hellenic Council as Corresponding Secretary and Public Relations Officer. She is Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.
Mrs. LaFleur has a professional license in Human Resources and has been in that field for over 17 years, she is currently employed with a major Healthcare company as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Mrs. LaFleur has resided in New Providence for the past 8 years having relocated from Atlanta, GA. She is married to Pierre LaFleur they have two sons: Pierce and Seth LaFleur. She is a member of St. George's Anglican Church where she is a member of the Usher Board and Anglican Church Women.

Nickara T. Pratt is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is an active member of the Nassau , Bahamas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, where she currently serves as Secretary and sits on the Fundraising Committee. Ms. Pratt is also the appointed representative to Nassau , Bahamas Council of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. for her local chapter.
She was inducted into the Order of Omega, a Greek Honor society that recognizes Greek men and women who have attained a high standard of leadership in interfraternal activities and overall scholarship in 2006. Ms. Pratt was honored in 2003 by the program Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities for scholastic achievement and community involvement. She is also a Re-Charter member of the Nu Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
Ms. Pratt is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Master of Science in College Student Personnel/Higher Education Administration. Ms. Nickara T. Pratt attends St. Agnes Anglican Church, and is currently employed at The Nature Conservancy as the Operations Manager of The Northern Caribbean Program.
