The Foundations Board of Directors
The Foundation Board of Directors is currently made up of members of Affiliate Organizations of the Nassau, Bahamas Pan-Hellenic Council, and up to five (5) Independent Directors. This body governs the affairs of the Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Awards Program.

Mrs. Stankisha Pinder made history as the First Former Nominee of the Awards Program to be made a Foundation Director - July 2019
Mrs. Stankisha Pinder and Mrs. Maureen Taylor made history by becoming the First Independent Foundation Directors - July 2019
Foundation Emeritus Directors served the Foundation with distinction for more than 6 years and retired from active service as a Director but still serve in an honorary capacity, assisting in the work of the Foundation.
